There will be approximately 150 awards. Trophies and shields are the property of the Mitchell Optimist Music Festival and are on loan to recipients for up to ten months.

Participants understand that any “own choice selection” may be performed in only one class.
The Festival Organizers will select a variety of outstanding performances from the Festival for inclusion in the ‘Concert of Stars’, Friday evening, April16, 2010 at Main Street United Church, Mitchell.
It is the responsibility of the participants, their parents and their teachers to note the schedule of classes, to be published in the Mitchell Advocate prior to the 2010 Music Festival.
The Festival organizers and venue owners are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
All entries (listed in ascending order by class number on the enclosed entry form) are to be mailed to Judy Wood, Box 1765, Mitchell, Ontario, N0K 1N0 no later than Friday, February 5, 2010. Please forward all fees (cheques preferred, payable to Mitchell Optimist Music Festival) at the same time.
N.B. PLEASE INCLUDE ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS AND SCHOOL OF PARTICIPANTS. TEACHERS ARE ASKED TO PRINT YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ENTRY FORM.
- The Festival Organizers, and/or the adjudicator, reserve the right to determine if an entry qualifies for adjudication.
